Description

Public media organizations are under pressure to do more with fewer resources. How can public media harness AI without compromising trust, transparency, or editorial integrity?

In this webinar, Connecticut Public will share its experience developing two mission-aligned AI tools: the Public Meeting Monitor, which uses generative AI to surface newsworthy moments from local government meetings, and Curio, a public-facing chatbot that helps answer member questions. Attendees will learn how to design, test, and govern responsible AI tools that enhance public service and newsroom efficiency.
