The Introduction to Effective Analytics Communication course is a brief set of lessons that introduce the importance of going beyond simply "presenting the data accurately" to presenting the data CLEARLY. This course explains some key aspects of how human beings take in, process, and retain information, including demonstrating how subtle changes in how data is communicated can dramatically change the cognitive load placed on the audience. This course is a prerequisite for both the Data Visualization and Data Storytelling courses.
